Responsibilities
- Administer Big Data/Real Time platforms.
- Develop and propagate Real Time best practices/lessons learned.
- Support highly available environments that are part of critical business processes.
- Support Innovation; regularly provide new ideas to help people, process, and technologies that interact with the analytic ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
- Big data/analytics platforms (eg Hadoop, Kafka).
- Big data frameworks eg Flink, Spark, Kafka Streams.
- Understanding of JSON, YAML, XML, Java, Python, Scala and SQL.
